We have been a direct OEM service provider for more than 30 years.  Both new and established manufacturers within the U.S. commonly utilize or systems and networks to manage both in and out of warranty client experiences.

Post retail sales support including – install, tech support, repair, claims management, and extended warranty sales/support have been at the center of our offering from the inception of the company.  We have worked with the largest retailers, rent-to-own, TPA’s, and warranty providers in the country.

Repair Provider

Just repairing the product properly does not guarantee customer satisfaction. The customer’s repair experience is largely determined by the communication provided to him during the repair cycle. The NSA system provides all information into the status of the repair to all authorized stakeholders in the process. The call center for the manufacturer, the retail dealer, and the extended contract company often have need to understand the status of the repair
